Handle Your Claim Faster by Following These Simple Steps

  1. Contact your insurance company and get an adjuster to come out and assess the damage to your property. The insurance company will generate a report detailing out the damages that they say need to be dealt with. This is your claim paperwork.
  2. Contact All-State Roofing, Inc. to have our adjuster come out and verify the claim paperwork. We will need a copy of your claim paperwork for this step. Our claim verification process allows us to make sure that your insurance company is covering all the damaged items that need to be covered.
  3. Sign our paperwork that states that you want us to handle the claim for you. This paperwork says “Contingent Upon Insurance Approval”. Once we have this, we are able to work on your behalf with the insurance company to get all items covered properly and get your house back to the way it should be.

FAQ’s:

Q: Do I need to contact my insurance company first or can you come out and tell me if I should?
A: Yes, you need to contact your insurance company first. Your insurance company will determine if there are damages that need to be taken care of. This step ensures that you will be taken care of quickly and properly.

Q: I have already been adjusted, why do you need to verify the claim paperwork?
A: In some cases the insurance company may miss items that need to be covered. This step just allows us to make sure that both the insurance company and our company are on the same page with the work that needs to take place.

Q: Why do I have to sign your paperwork?
A: Without your signature our company cannot do anything for you. We can’t even talk to your insurance company about the claim. Once we have your signature we are now able to go to bat for you to get your property covered like it should.

Q: My insurance company told me to get several estimates and send them in, isn’t this the way it is done?
A: No. Your insurance company only requests 3-4 “estimates” in hopes that you find the cheapest company you can to get the work done. This saves them money and costs you quality craftsmanship. In truth you are entitled to have whoever you want take care of your claim for you. The only direct cost to you is your deductible; everything else is covered by the insurance company. (Unless there are upgrades you want to make at this time, you would need to cover those costs out of pocket) You have the right to have your claim taken care of by a reputable company that will ensure every aspect of the job is handled correctly and that the craftsmanship is of the quality you deserve.
