From the initial quick reply time from Josh to my request for an estimate to the final meeting with Bill to go over all the work, everyone was great to work with and very professional. Great communications with Bill on pre-work, being there while the job was being done and post-work. The work crew was considerate and hardworking. The houses in my neighborhood are extremely close together and the crew was very respectful of the neighbors and did a great job cleaning up afterward.

The new roof and gutters make a noticeable improvement on the look of my house. I appreciate all the work Bill did to make the process work so smoothly.

We can’t say enough about how wonderful it has been to work with All-State Roofing. We had an accepted offer on our home when we found out the roof would need replacement due to hail damage. We only had one month before we were to move out and needed to replace the roof as soon as possible. From the beginning Josh was wonderful to work with. He worked on our behalf to get all the necessary information that was needed from the insurance company and made sure that the roof would be replaced well before we moved out of the home. The new roof looks great! Joe and his crew were very courteous and hardworking. The new roof was on by mid-afternoon and the yard was spotless when they were finished.

We returned home to find, according to the arborist, “a little tornadic activity”. 40 foot pine trees scattered over the yard and 1 40 ft, 2000 lb tree leaning on top of our roof and chimney. Our first call, to our insurance carrier, then the process of filing a claim. First time! All bids, same ballpark figure. The chimney inspector, Fox Chimney, suggested a Madison company that had extensive experience, including coordinating with the insurance carrier.

Josh at All-State answered every question, and there were many, with honesty and professionalism. We were skeptical any company could deliver on everything they said they would but his attention and coordination of every detail made us believers by the end of the job. Todd’s experience and knowledge of all aspects of roofing, his hand’s on involvement from the initial roof inspection, through detailed photos of every aspect of the repair and documentation of the entire project; Jesus, the entire crew- a rare find!

It was evident from the first hour to completion of the job that Todd, his crew, and Josh had a great deal of respect, not only for our home and property, but for each other. At the end of a very difficult job, they continued to comb over the yard for a total clean up of the job site. It’s rare to find a company that maintains high standards- in every detail!
